Refund Policy

We do not offer a refund policy at this time. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact us within 30 days of the date of the order by emailing hello@drinkojoy.com and our team will be happy to receive your feedback.

Return Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges. If your order is returned to our warehouse due to an issue with the shipping provider, you will be notified and a full order refund will be issued. Please note, depending on who you bank with, it can take them 5-10 business days to post the credit to your account.

Damages

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Contact us within 30 days of your order date regarding any damages or shipment issues.
